The purchase of our digital products, including PDF downloads and other material is subject to the following terms and conditions. Please review them carefully before making any purchases.
Payment + Refund Policy
All transactions for purchase of intangible products, pdf downloads, resource material, and online content are made through payment gateways such as Shopify Payments or PayPal that use SSL encryption. These payment gateways are safe and secure for using all types of credit cards and debit cards in different countries and your details are not stored during this process.
As your puchase is a digital product, in that sense it is deemed “used” after download or opening. Regardless, at Petnificent we put our customers and community first, and offer a full refund within the 14-day window from purchase if you are not satisfied with the product.
Please email us: refunds@petnificent.co with your order details and the reason for requesting a refund, and we will process your refund as soon as possible. You will receive a confirmation from our customer support team as soon as the refund has been issued from our side. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
Petnificent reserves the right to amend any information, including but not limited to prices, technical specifications, terms of purchase and product or service offerings without prior notice.
Delivery of Digital Products and Purchases
As our purchase process is fully automatic, you will receive a link to the digital product(s) you bought immediately after your payment, on the email you have entered in the purchase or account creation process. If you do not receive the link upon purchasing, you can contact team@petnificent.co with your transaction/purchase details to ensure your product is delivered as soon as possible.
Refunds
After requesting a refund via refunds@petnificent.co our team will process your request as soon as possible, and usually within 48 hours. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund and return the funds to your account.
